Stephan Jelley Re-Signs for Team BMW
Stephan Jelley will once again race a BMW 330e M Sport for WSR Team BMW in the BTCC.
Jelley completes the 4 car WSR lineup alongside Colin Turkington, Jake Hill and ex-Cicely Motorsport driver Adam Morgan.
Jelley made his BTCC debut back in the 2008 season with WSR in a BMW 320si, he has been a vital piece to the puzzle that has made WSR so successful over the last 2 years especially.
After a 7 year break in GT racing, Fans got to see him return to the BTCC in 2020, since then he's been a staple of the WSR lineup
Stephen Jelley said: “I’m really pleased to be back in the BMW 330e M Sport for 2023. I was a lot more competitive last year, but we didn’t get the results we should have, for various reasons, so I think we can improve. I’ve been working hard to improve all aspects of my driving and want to just treat every race like it’s my last and give it everything. It’s a privilege to be part of the team at WSR as it’s incredibly competitive with some great drivers.
