Jade Edwards replaces dismissed Will Powell at Starline Racing
Jade Edwards takes the third seat left vacent by the recently dismissed Will Powell at Starline Racing with One Motorsport for the remainder of the 2023 season.
After a miserable first half of the season behind the wheel of the Team HARD CUPRA, Jade Edwards is going back home to Starline Racing with One Motorsport, all be it in uncertain circumstances.
Starline's third driver, Will Powell, has been dismissed with immidiate effect from all driving and business related roles within the team.
No further details have been offically released by the team, however, Powell has expressed his gratitude to his mechanics and floor staff over the course of his 2023 season.
Edwards is due to replace Powell with immidiate effect.
Edwards commented, “I want to thank Tony, Jamie and every single person at Team HARD. for their hard work and commitment to the cause – without their efforts, I wouldn’t have made the grid at all this year, so for that, I’m hugely appreciative. Although it’s a shame we won’t finish the year together, there has been nothing but respect between both parties, and we part ways on very good terms."
