Not since 1994 have we seen Le Mans and the World Endurance Championships pit stops involve re-fueling and tyre changing being carried out at the same time.  This looks set to change in 2018. There has been some positive comments from Toyota Gazoo Racing's boss, Shigeki Tomoyama where he indicated that the brand will continue in the LMP1 class of the FIA World Endurance Championship.
