What would you be if not a racing driver?

 

Well I used to box to a decent level as a junior so I may have gone in that direction.  Racing cars though is all I have ever really wanted to do.

 

Do you have any pre-race superstitions?

​I never walk under a black cat! Actually I don’t have any….. I try to not think too much about anything but the race.  I think preparation is far more productive than superstition.

What is your favourite racing circuit?

​

I like Bahrain and love Spa.  

 

Who do you admire the most?

​

In life my father, who has been a big influence on me and for what he achieved in business from very little. In sport I’m a big fan of Roy Keane, his determination and focus is something I admire too

Favourite food?

 

I like ramen noodles and chicken wings

 

Which other series would you like to race in?

 

I would like to race in WEC and we are aiming at being there soon.  I would also like to have a campaign in IMSA too in a DPI car, ideally.

 

What road car do you drive?

 

​I have just picked up a Range Rover Velar, but I get to drive some pretty cool cars as a contributor to LoveCars website.

 

Most memorable racing moment?

 

First podium in Formula Ford, and also clinching my first championship in Porsche Middle East Cup

 

Do you have any tattoo's, if so what and where (be honest!)?

 

I have just had one done of my Algarve Racing boss, Stewart Cox right across my back!…… only kidding, I don’t have any tattoos!
