FIA WEC: Lamborghini joins Hypercar with LMDh in 2024

Lamborghini is the next manufacturer to join the hyperclass category in the WEC from 2024. The Italian brand, owned by Audi, will construct an LMDh prototype as did Porsche, Cadillac, Acura (Honda), Alpine, BMW and perhaps in the future even Audi itself.

Lamborghini has raced in GT and Endurance championships for years now and has been successful with the Huracan in especially the 24 hours of Daytona, in which it took a class victory three years in a row.
