Audi front row at the Nurburgring
After taking the top spot in all free practice sessions, Porsche were unable to dominate a very tricky qualifying. Audi Sport Team Joest scored a one-two with Marcel Fässler putting the #7 on pole with a 1:39.444 and the sister car of Oliver Jarvis 0.266 seconds behind with a 1:39.710. Maria Höfl-Riesch to wave the green at Nurburgring
Maria Höfl-Riesch will wave the green flag at this weekend's 6 Hours of Nurburgring, the fourth round of the FIA World Endurance Championship. Maria, a guest of Audi, is Germany's three time Olympic Champion, two-time World Champion and overall Alpine Skiing World Cup Champion.
